Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
CPR certification
First aid certification
Certification or training required by local and state agencies
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and more with assistance
Ability to manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills
Ability to move through confined, elevated, or uneven spaces
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Commitment to follow safety procedures and company policies

Job Qualifications

CPR certification

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong customer service skills

Basic computer and point of sale system proficiency

Job Duties

Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property
Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities including pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities center
Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facilities intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members
Observe activity in recreational facilities and respond in accordance with local emergency procedures
Provide cashier services for point-of-sale transactions in recreational facilities
Assist in hosting private functions with group activities and events
Identify guests unable to safely participate and inform supervisor/manager
Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive
Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
Complete safety training and certifications
Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
Welcome, acknowledge, and assist guests according to company standards
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Process payments for rentals and retail sales
Comply with quality assurance expectations
Inspect tools and equipment for defects
Use computer and point of sale systems
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Perform physical activities including lifting, reaching, and moving through varied environments
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
