This position offers an exciting opportunity to become a vital part of the Drury Hotels team by overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback "happy hour." The role involves ensuring a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests while maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and hospitality. This includes managing the setup and cleanup of the food service area and keeping the kitchen and lobby clean and well-organized. A critical aspect of the job is to uphold strict food safety standards and manage inventory efficiently to ensure supplies are stocked appropriately.
