Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety protocols
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- Friendly and energetic personality
- Proficiency in English communication
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations and services
- Understanding of the local community and attractions
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory and calculate food order levels
- Strong communication skills with a warm and friendly manner
- Ability to give and receive written and verbal directions in English
Job Duties
- Make the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy hour enjoyable for guests
- Oversee the food preparation and cleanup during the Kickback
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and lobby area
- Ensure food safety standards are met
- Keep supplies fully stocked at appropriate levels
- Provide exceptional, friendly guest service with a positive attitude
- Answer guests questions regarding the hotel, local area, and events
