Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- Must have a friendly and energetic personality
- Knowledge of food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
- Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests
- Ability to speak and receive direction in English
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
Job Duties
- Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy hour well for our guests
- Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for team members and guests
- Oversee the 5:30 Kickback including food preparation and clean-up
- Keep the kitchen and lobby area clean and well organized
- Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked appropriately
- Present and maintain high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality
- Answer guests questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events
- Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a plus one service attitude
