Job Requirements

minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
ability to stand for extended periods
comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
good interpersonal and communication skills
reliable and punctual
ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required
strong communication and teamwork skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
basic math skills for handling transactions
willingness to learn and follow company procedures
positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction

Job Duties

greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude
prepare and cook food items according to KFC recipes and quality standards
maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
stock and replenish supplies as needed
follow health and safety guidelines rigorously
