The Team Member role at KFC is a foundational position responsible for driving the daily operations of the restaurant and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Job Requirements

  • Arrive at work on time
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment including fryers, ovens, etc.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
  • Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
  • Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift
  • Follows restaurant cash handling safety and security procedures
  • Adheres to restaurant and City/State/United States safety requirements
  • Knowledge of and compliance with restaurant's Human Resources policies and processes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is an advantage but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
