Job Description

KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is a leading restaurant franchise group known for its dynamic growth and commitment to excellence in the food service industry. Established over 20 years ago, KBP Foods has expanded to operate more than 1,000 restaurants across over 30 states, making it a formidable player in the fast-food sector. The company prides itself on fostering a work environment that is inclusive, growth-oriented, and supportive of a positive culture. This ethos not only drives its operational success but also makes it an attractive employer for individuals seeking sustainable and rewarding careers in the restaurant industry.

At KBP Foods, the vision is straightforward yet ambitious: to be a great place to work, a great place to eat, and a great place to own. This mission translates into a workplace that values each team member's contribution, offers ample opportunities for career development, and encourages entrepreneurial spirit. The company's culture emphasizes energy, passion, and a hunger for success among its employees, aligning with its reputation for serving high-quality, finger-lickin' good food to customers across the nation.

The Team Member role at KBP Foods, specifically within the KFC team, is designed for energetic and passionate individuals who want to be part of a thriving food service organization. This position does not require previous experience, making it an excellent entry point for those new to the industry or looking to develop a career in customer service and food handling. The role involves engaging with customers, handling food preparation and safety, operating restaurant equipment, managing cash transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant.

This role is perfect for individuals who are flexible with work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and who possess the physical stamina to perform duties such as lifting heavy objects, standing and walking for the duration of shifts, and maneuvering safely through compact spaces. KBP Foods values team members who demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Beyond the operational responsibilities, KBP Foods offers an impressive array of benefits aimed at supporting both the personal and professional development of its employees. These benefits include paid training to ensure new team members are well-prepared, free shift meals and employee discounts at KFC restaurants, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. Paid time off (PTO) is available, allowing employees to earn and use vacation days as needed.

Education benefits are also a cornerstone of the company's commitment to employee growth. KBP Foods provides access to programs that enable employees to earn their GED for free, apply for college scholarships, and take advantage of free online tuition, fostering a culture of lifelong learning and advancement. Furthermore, KBP Cares, the company’s nonprofit initiative, offers support to employees facing unexpected hardships, demonstrating KBP Foods' dedication to the well-being of its workforce.

Joining KBP Foods as a Team Member means becoming part of an energetic, entrepreneurial company that values its employees and provides countless opportunities for personal, professional, and financial growth. It's more than just a job—it’s a platform to cultivate a fulfilling career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
