Job Description

KBP Foods, a dynamic part of KBP Brands, stands as a prominent restaurant franchise group known for its commitment to creating exceptional workplaces, dining experiences, and business opportunities. Established over two decades ago, KBP Foods has successfully expanded its footprint to more than 1,000 restaurants spread across over 30 states in the United States, continuously growing and evolving in the competitive food service industry. Their vision focuses on being a great place to work, a great place to eat, and a great place to own, reflecting their dedication to quality and strong corporate values. The company fosters an inclusive and growth-oriented environment, encouraging Team Members to embody values that build a positive and nurturing culture. This expansive and energetic enterprise provides ample personal, professional, and financial growth opportunities, making it an ideal employer for individuals seeking stable and rewarding careers in the fast-food restaurant sector.

The KFC Team Member position at KBP Foods is designed for energetic and passionate individuals eager to serve delicious, finger-lickin' good food while advancing their careers. This role invites team players who enjoy engaging with customers and contributing to a dynamic restaurant setting. The employment type is typically part-time or full-time within the fast-food restaurant industry, with a competitive pay scale reflective of entry-level positions in this sector. What sets this opportunity apart is the comprehensive support KBP Foods provides to its employees, including paid training to ensure confident performance, free shift meals, and an employee discount to enjoy their favorite menu items. Benefits encompass medical, dental, and vision insurance packages, offering a solid safety net for employees and their families. Additionally, there is paid time off (PTO) that employees can earn and utilize, emphasizing work-life balance.

KBP Foods also shows commitment to the educational and professional development of its team through innovative education benefits. Employees may access free programs to earn their GED, obtain college scholarships, and even pursue free online tuition options. The company further enhances employee welfare through KBP Cares, a nonprofit wing focused on assisting team members during unforeseen hardships, demonstrating a compassionate workplace culture. Training and coaching opportunities are regularly provided to support personal growth and career advancement within the larger KBP Brands framework. This role demands physical stamina and flexibility, as Team Members will be expected to lift and move heavy objects, stand or walk for entire shifts, navigate compact spaces safely, and operate restaurant equipment efficiently. Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential due to the nature of the hospitality industry. While no prior experience is strictly necessary, candidates with backgrounds in customer service, food handling, cash handling, or fast-food establishments will find their skills particularly beneficial. At KBP Foods, joining the team means stepping into a lively, inclusive, and entrepreneurial work environment that values every contribution while providing substantial avenues for advancement and personal fulfillment.
