Job Requirements
- must be 16 years old or older
- able to stand and walk for entire shifts
- capable of lifting and moving heavy objects
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
- able to operate restaurant equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food handling is a plus
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude
- prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas
- follow safety and sanitation procedures consistently
- assist with inventory stock and supplies management
- participate in training and development activities to improve performance
