Job Requirements
- must be 16 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand walk and lift heavy objects safely
- ability to operate restaurant equipment
- no prior experience required but customer service or food handling experience preferred
- commitment to upholding safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or food service experience a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- greet and serve customers with a positive attitude
- prepare and assemble food items according to KFC standards
- operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant and kitchen areas
- follow safety and food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment
- participate in training sessions and apply coaching feedback
- collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals
