Job Requirements
- must be 16 years old or older
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- standing and walking for entire shifts
- safely maneuver through compact spaces
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to participate in paid training
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- no experience required
- background in customer service is a plus
- basic knowledge of food handling and safety standards is preferred
- ability to operate restaurant equipment
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- taking and processing food orders accurately
- preparing and cooking menu items according to KFC standards
- maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work environment
- handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems
- participating in training and coaching sessions
- collaborating with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
