Job Requirements
- must be 16 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- stamina to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
- willingness to operate restaurant equipment
- no prior experience required but a background in customer service or food handling is a plus
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- customer service experience is a plus but not required
- strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- prepare and serve food and beverages following company standards
- maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and dining spaces
- operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals
- participate in training and development sessions
