Job Description

KBP Foods, a subsidiary of KBP Brands, is a prominent restaurant franchise group dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences across the United States. With over 1,000 restaurants operating in more than 30 states, KBP Foods has established itself as a leading player in the foodservice industry. Our vision is to be recognized as a great place to work, a great place to eat, and a great place to own, which we achieve through a strong commitment to our employees, customers, and franchise partners. We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive environment that champions growth, teamwork, and a culture of positivity. This foundation has allowed us to grow exponentially over the past two decades, and we continue to seek passionate individuals eager to contribute to our mission and thrive within our entrepreneurial spirit.

We are currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic Team Members to join our KFC Team at KBP Foods. As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the high standards that define our brand. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for serving quality food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to contributing to an engaging and friendly atmosphere. No prior experience is required, making this a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to start or advance their careers in the fast food industry. You will benefit from paid training, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet the demands of the job and excel within your role.

The Team Member position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate various lifestyles, including opportunities to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, preparing food items following safety and quality guidelines, handling cash transactions, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized. Physical stamina is necessary as the job requires standing for the duration of shifts, lifting heavy objects, and operating kitchen equipment safely. Our supportive team environment encourages collaboration and continuous learning, with coaching and training programs designed to help you grow professionally.

At KBP Foods, we believe in investing in our employees' futures. Team Members have access to a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), and employee discounts at our KFC restaurants. Education is also a priority, with programs offering free GED preparation, college scholarships, and tuition-free online courses. Furthermore, through KBP Cares, our company nonprofit, employees receive assistance during unexpected hardships, underscoring our commitment to well-being beyond the workplace.

Joining KBP Foods means becoming part of a dynamic and supportive community where your contributions genuinely matter. This role is more than just a job — it’s a stepping stone toward a rewarding career with opportunities for advancement within our expanding network of restaurants. If you are 16 years or older, have a flexible availability, and a desire to be part of a successful team that values your growth and development, this position offers you a chance to savor the taste of success while building a promising future with KBP Foods.
