We are currently hiring for the position of KFC Team Member, a pivotal role within the restaurant. Team Members at KFC are truly the face of the restaurant and play an integral part in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for guests, whether they arrive to dine in or drive-thru. Your friendly greeting and positive energy shape the customer’s experience from the moment they approach. Job Requirements
- Arrive at work on time
- Flexible scheduling
- Follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment including fryers and ovens
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
- Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
- Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift
- Follows restaurant cash handling safety and security procedures
- Adheres to restaurant and City/State/United States safety requirements
- Knowledge of and compliance with restaurant's Human Resources policies and processes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food industry is an advantage
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
