The role is essential as Team Members serve as the face of the restaurant, the first point of contact for customers either walking in or using the drive-thru service. Team Members play a critical role in ensuring customers receive not only hot and fresh food but also friendly and attentive service that encourages repeat visits. The position requires high standards in food preparation, customer interaction, and maintenance of the restaurant's cleanliness and ambiance.

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for solving problems independently with little guidance, continuously updating your skills through training, and striving to meet personal and restaurant-wide goals. You will demonstrate positive energy and foster a positive environment within the restaurant, cooperating and assisting your fellow team members whenever needed. Respect and fairness toward all colleagues and customers are fundamental values upheld by our Team Members.

Your duties will include greeting every customer with a smile, creating a winning experience that leaves a lasting positive impression, adhering to food safety procedures, and keeping the restaurant operating smoothly and effectively. Being organized, detailed, and committed to following established standards is essential for success in this role. The position also demands flexibility in scheduling and a willingness to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking for long periods, lifting and carrying items, and safely operating restaurant equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
  • able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
  • able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift
  • flexible scheduling
  • arrives at work on time
  • follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment including fryers and ovens
  • follows restaurant cash handling safety and security procedures
  • adheres to restaurant and City/State/United States safety requirements
  • knowledge of and compliance with restaurant's Human Resources policies and processes

Job Qualifications
