Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • age 18 or older
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • willingness to undergo training
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • willingness to learn and develop management skills
  • age 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • supervise shift operations to ensure smooth restaurant functioning
  • lead and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service
  • manage employee scheduling and shift assignments
  • enforce food safety and cleanliness standards
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • train new staff and support ongoing team development
  • assist in inventory management and restaurant opening and closing procedures
