Job Requirements

- age 18 or older
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- supervise shift operations to ensure smooth restaurant functioning
- lead and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service
- manage employee scheduling and shift assignments
- enforce food safety and cleanliness standards
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- train new staff and support ongoing team development
- assist in inventory management and restaurant opening and closing procedures
