- Provide guidance to the team to ensure top-notch guest experience, including friendly interactions, restaurant cleanliness, and quality products
- Train and manage team members effectively
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet the operational needs of the restaurant
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Lead by example to motivate and inspire the team during shifts
