  • Provide guidance to the team to ensure top-notch guest experience, including friendly interactions, restaurant cleanliness, and quality products
  • Train and manage team members effectively
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet the operational needs of the restaurant
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment
  • Lead by example to motivate and inspire the team during shifts
