Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years old
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • able to handle pressure well
  • motivated to learn and grow professionally

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proven ability to manage and motivate a team
  • basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • assist in training new employees and developing team skills
  • manage cash handling and make deposits securely
  • resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
