Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow
- lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- assist in training new employees and developing team skills
- manage cash handling and make deposits securely
- resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
