Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Capability to operate restaurant equipment safely

Job Duties
- Lead and manage shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant performance
- Oversee and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain food safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory and supply levels during shifts
- Train and coach employees to uphold company policies and procedures
- Support management in driving sales and achieving business goals
