Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • commitment to upholding company policies and standards
  • previous experience in quick service restaurant management preferred
  • reliable transportation to work location

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage a fast-paced team environment
  • familiarity with restaurant operations and safety protocols
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • basic computer proficiency for scheduling and reporting

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage team members during assigned shifts
  • maintain high standards of customer service and food quality
  • oversee daily operational tasks including adherence to safety and cleanliness standards
  • handle scheduling and team communication
  • resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
  • monitor inventory and manage supply orders
  • train new employees and support staff development
