Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to lift and move heavy objects
- commitment to upholding company policies and standards
- previous experience in quick service restaurant management preferred
- reliable transportation to work location
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage a fast-paced team environment
- familiarity with restaurant operations and safety protocols
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- basic computer proficiency for scheduling and reporting
Job Duties
- Lead and manage team members during assigned shifts
- maintain high standards of customer service and food quality
- oversee daily operational tasks including adherence to safety and cleanliness standards
- handle scheduling and team communication
- resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- monitor inventory and manage supply orders
- train new employees and support staff development
