Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years old or older
  • flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
  • at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate restaurant team during shifts
  • oversee customer service and ensure satisfaction
  • manage operational procedures and food safety standards
  • train new employees and support staff development
  • handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • monitor inventory and place orders as needed
  • achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability
