We are currently seeking a Shift Manager to join our KFC franchise located at 1015 Maple Avenue, Lisle, IL. This leadership role is crucial to maintaining the high standards and operational excellence KFC is known for. As a Shift Manager, you will take charge of leading a dedicated team, ensuring seamless shift operations, and delivering exceptional customer service that keeps patrons coming back for the iconic taste of KFC. This role not only requires strong supervisory skills but also a passion for creating a positive work environment and a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for upholding safety and cleanliness standards, managing resources efficiently, and driving team engagement and motivation throughout your shift.
