We are currently seeking a Shift Manager to join our KFC franchise located at 1015 Maple Avenue, Lisle, IL. This leadership role is crucial to maintaining the high standards and operational excellence KFC is known for. As a Shift Manager, you will take charge of leading a dedicated team, ensuring seamless shift operations, and delivering exceptional customer service that keeps patrons coming back for the iconic taste of KFC. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for entire shifts
- Experience in quick service restaurant or retail supervisory role
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Experience in fast-paced environments preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
