Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform lifting tasks
Job Duties
- Manage daily shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functioning
- Supervise and lead team members fostering a positive work environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service maintaining the KFC brand standards
- Oversee compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness regulations
- Handle shift scheduling and monitor employee attendance
- Assist in training and development of staff members
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
