The position offered is for a Shift Manager at one of KBP Foods' bustling KFC locations in Saline, Michigan. The employment is hourly, with a salary range of $15 to $16.50 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair compensation. Responsibilities include managing shifts, leading the team, resolving customer issues, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards, handling cash, and supporting overall restaurant operations.

Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years old or older
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
  • ability to safely operate restaurant equipment
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • basic math and cash handling skills
  • experience in fast-paced environments
  • high school diploma or equivalent
