Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
- at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

- basic knowledge of inventory and cash management
- ability to train and mentor team members

Job Duties
- Lead, motivate, and manage shift teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- oversee daily restaurant operations including inventory and cash handling
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- train and develop team members to enhance performance
- resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- maintain cleanliness and operational standards throughout the restaurant
- assist in scheduling shifts and managing labor costs
