Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for extended periods, maneuver safely through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and punctual
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
- demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to handle fast-paced and dynamic work situations
- knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- experience in scheduling and staff coordination
- customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Lead team members during shifts to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- manage scheduling and staff assignments to meet business needs
- monitor food preparation and presentation to uphold quality standards
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- support training and development of new and existing employees
