Job Requirements
- must be 18 years old or older
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- able to stand and walk for entire shifts
- capable of safely maneuvering compact spaces
- prior experience in quick service preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- proficiency in handling restaurant equipment
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
Job Duties
- lead and motivate shift team members to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- oversee daily restaurant operations including food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
- enforce compliance with company policies and health regulations
- support training and development of team members
