Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- previous supervisory experience in quick service or retail environment
- ability to operate restaurant equipment safely
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical capability to perform shift duties
- familiarity with restaurant operations and safety standards
- basic computer and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service
- ensure operational standards and procedures are followed during shifts
- monitor food quality and safety compliance
- manage employee scheduling and shift coverage
- handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- maintain inventory and stock levels
- support training and development of team members
