Job Requirements
- at least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail
- must be 18 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to safely maneuver compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment

Job Duties
- lead and supervise team members during shifts
- maintain high standards of customer service
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
- manage shift operations including opening and closing procedures
- handle customer complaints and feedback effectively
- coordinate with management to achieve restaurant goals
