Job Requirements

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service quick service preferred or retail
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects stand and walk for entire shifts safely maneuver through compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate shift team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to KFC standards
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain efficient restaurant operations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
  • Oversee shift scheduling and task delegation
  • Train and develop team members for performance improvement and career growth
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
