Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years old or older
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate restaurant equipment
  • at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • ability to work under fast-paced conditions

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of food safety and operational procedures
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • physical capability to perform duties including standing for long periods

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • coordinate work schedules and shifts
  • train and develop staff to enhance performance
  • handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
