We are currently seeking a Shift Manager to join the KBP Foods KFC franchise team at one of our bustling locations. This pivotal role involves leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding operational excellence. As a Shift Manager, you will play an integral role in maintaining the standards of quality and service that KFC is renowned for. You will oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to company policies, and contribute significantly to the overall success of the restaurant. This leadership position demands a hands-on approach, where you will mentor team members, manage shift schedules, and handle challenges proactively to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
