Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • ability to stand and walk during entire shifts
  • ability to safely operate restaurant equipment
  • good communication skills

  • Lead and motivate team members during shifts
  • ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently
  • uphold operational excellence and restaurant standards
  • manage shift schedules and employee performance
  • maintain cleanliness and safety protocols
  • assist with training new employees
  • handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
