Job Requirements

  • at least one year supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
  • minimum age of 18 years old
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • capacity to maneuver safely through compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment

Job Duties

  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
  • handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • assist in training new employees and facilitating paid training sessions
  • maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
