As a successful Shift Manager, you will bring at least one year of supervisory experience in food service, preferably in a quick service environment, demonstrating your capability to manage and lead in a fast-paced setting. The role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and moving heavy objects, standing and walking for entire shifts, and safely navigating restaurant equipment and tight spaces. Being 18 years or older is also a requirement.
