Job Requirements

  • at least one year of supervisory experience in a food service quick service preferred or retail
  • must be 18 years old or older
  • flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects stand and walk for entire shifts safely maneuver through compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications

  • one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • basic understanding of restaurant operations
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to perform shift duties including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate team members during shifts
  • ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
  • manage shift operations including opening and closing tasks
  • monitor inventory levels and assist in order placement
  • handle customer service issues and resolve complaints
  • train and develop staff to maintain performance standards
  • support implementation of company policies and procedures
