Job Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Capable of maneuvering safely through compact spaces
- Able to operate restaurant equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Familiarity with quick service restaurant operations preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Customer service oriented

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure operational excellence during shifts
- Manage staff scheduling and break times
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Address customer concerns professionally and timely
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
