Job Requirements

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • Capable of maneuvering safely through compact spaces
  • Able to operate restaurant equipment safely

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • Familiarity with quick service restaurant operations preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure operational excellence during shifts
  • Manage staff scheduling and break times
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Address customer concerns professionally and timely
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Train new employees on company policies and procedures
