Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years old or older
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • capable of standing and walking for entire shifts
  • ability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
  • experience in supervisory role in food service or retail

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proficiency in operating restaurant equipment
  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards
  • manage staff performance and scheduling
  • ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant environment
  • operate restaurant equipment and manage inventory
