Job Requirements
- must be 18 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- capable of standing and walking for entire shifts
- ability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
- experience in supervisory role in food service or retail
Job Qualifications
- at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- proficiency in operating restaurant equipment
- knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
- oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards
- manage staff performance and scheduling
- ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant environment
- operate restaurant equipment and manage inventory
