As a Shift Manager at KBP Foods’ KFC franchise, you will play a crucial leadership role in the day-to-day operations of one of our bustling restaurant locations. This position is instrumental in maintaining the high standards associated with the KFC brand, ensuring that every customer experiences outstanding service along with the iconic taste they expect. You will lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive environment that drives operational success. The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing various duties that contribute to smooth restaurant operations, including managing staff performance, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, and addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
