Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- ability to operate restaurant equipment safely
- pass background check and provide proof of employment eligibility
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform shift duties
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Lead shift operations to ensure efficient and exceptional customer service
- supervise and motivate team members
- maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- manage inventory and order supplies
