This job opening is for the position of Shift Manager at one of KBP Foods’ bustling KFC franchise locations in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The role plays a crucial part in the daily operations and overall success of the restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will lead a hardworking team dedicated to delivering the iconic KFC customer experience. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence that includes managing staff performance, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and providing exceptional customer service. The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring that all workflows and business objectives are met efficiently.
