Job Requirements
- must be 18 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- ability to stand and walk entire shifts
- ability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
- prior supervisory experience in food service or retail
- eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform the demands of the job
- basic understanding of restaurant operations
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- lead and supervise shifts to ensure operational excellence
- manage team performance and provide coaching
- oversee customer service to maintain satisfaction
- ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- manage inventory and supply levels
- assist with staff scheduling and shift planning
- address and resolve customer and employee issues promptly
