The company is currently seeking a Shift Manager for its KFC franchise located at 2150 Barnett Shoals Road, Athens, GA. This is an hourly position offering a competitive wage between $13 and $15.50 per hour. As a Shift Manager, you will take on a vital leadership role, managing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will lead and motivate a dedicated team, help maintain the restaurant's high standards, monitor inventory and supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This role calls for a hands-on individual capable of managing staff scheduling, training new employees, resolving customer issues, and driving sales growth through effective team leadership.
