Job Requirements
- must be 18 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to maneuver through compact spaces
- experience in supervisory role preferred
Job Qualifications
- at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- knowledge of quick-service restaurant operations preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage teams effectively
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- lead and supervise team members during shifts
- ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- maintain operational standards and food safety compliance
- manage inventory and supplies
- handle cash management and financial transactions
- train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
- resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly
