This role plays a pivotal role in the restaurant's operational success and upholding the esteemed legacy of KFC. The Shift Manager is entrusted with leading a dedicated team, driving exceptional customer service, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the shift. The employment type is hourly with a competitive wage range of $13 to $14 per hour. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment
- ability to work in compact spaces safely
- willing to undergo background check and provide proof of employment eligibility
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
