This employment opportunity is for an Assistant Manager role at one of KBP Foods' KFC franchise locations in Utica, Michigan, offering a salary range from $50,000 to $70,000 per year. The position provides excellent career advancement pathways, including leadership skill development and access to above-store managerial roles through internal development programs. Applicants benefit from a comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off that employees can earn and use, free shift meals, employee discounts, and education benefits like GED programs, scholarships, and free online tuition. The position also includes paid training and eligibility to participate in performance-based bonus programs paid out regularly, which reward Restaurant General Managers whose establishments excel.

Serving as the Restaurant General Manager, the individual will play a crucial leadership role, driving profitability and operational excellence. The restaurant manager position requires a high level of dedication, as candidates must be able to close the restaurant at least two nights per week and handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and standing or walking for entire shifts. This career opportunity is ideal for motivated professionals with at least one year of prior restaurant general management experience, preferably within quick-service environments, who are 18 years or older.
