Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- capability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
- proficiency in operating restaurant equipment
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- at least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility

- quick service experience preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to analyze financial reports and implement strategies
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
- monitor inventory and conduct inventory counts every other week
- manage labor scheduling and review financial reports
- recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
- coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence
- maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
- ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with quality products
