Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • capability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
  • proficiency in operating restaurant equipment
  • availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • at least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility

  • quick service experience preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to analyze financial reports and implement strategies
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • capability to train and develop employees
  • availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week

Job Duties

  • Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
  • monitor inventory and conduct inventory counts every other week
  • manage labor scheduling and review financial reports
  • recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
  • coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence
  • maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
  • ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with quality products
