As a Restaurant General Manager, the Assistant Manager will lead a team by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the restaurant. This position is tasked with driving restaurant profitability by overseeing cash handling, inventory management, labor scheduling, and financial analysis to identify and implement effective strategies.
