The Assistant Manager role is pivotal within KBP Foods’ organizational structure. This position involves leadership, operational management, and a focus on delivering an excellent guest experience. As a Restaurant General Manager, the Assistant Manager will lead a team by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the restaurant. This position is tasked with driving restaurant profitability by overseeing cash handling, inventory management, labor scheduling, and financial analysis to identify and implement effective strategies. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- capability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
- proficiency in operating restaurant equipment
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- at least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility

Job Duties
- Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
- monitor inventory and conduct inventory counts every other week
- manage labor scheduling and review financial reports

- maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
