Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
  • minimum one year experience as a restaurant general manager
  • quick service industry experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
  • quick service experience preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to train and mentor team members
  • knowledge of inventory management and labor cost control
  • familiarity with financial reporting and restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
  • monitor inventory and manage labor effectively
  • review financial reports and take necessary action
  • recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
  • coach and train employees in operational excellence
  • conduct inventory counts every other week
  • maintain a clean restaurant environment and ensure every guest receives a friendly experience with high-quality products
