Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
- minimum one year experience as a restaurant general manager
- quick service industry experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
- quick service experience preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to train and mentor team members
- knowledge of inventory management and labor cost control
- familiarity with financial reporting and restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
- monitor inventory and manage labor effectively
- review financial reports and take necessary action
- recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
- coach and train employees in operational excellence
- conduct inventory counts every other week
- maintain a clean restaurant environment and ensure every guest receives a friendly experience with high-quality products
