This role is for an Assistant Manager position located at 17837 E. Hwy. 24, Independence, MO, offering an annual salary ranging between $55,000 and $65,000. The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in sustaining operational excellence and profitability while leading a team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service. In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving ongoing improvements. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
  • minimum one year experience as a restaurant general manager
  • quick service industry experience preferred

  • At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility

Job Duties

  • Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures

  • conduct inventory counts every other week
