The role of Restaurant General Manager at KBP Foods offers a rewarding career path in the fast-food industry. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitability by overseeing cash control and security procedures, managing inventory, labor, and financial performance to meet business goals. You will lead and mentor a team, recruiting and training employees including team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the restaurant environment and ensuring all guests have a positive dining experience.

Job Requirements
