Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment
- prior management experience in food service or retail
- valid work eligibility
Job Qualifications
- at least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
- quick service experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- solid understanding of restaurant operations
- problem-solving skills
- strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
- monitor inventory
