Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- stand and walk for entire shifts
- safely maneuver through compact spaces
- operate restaurant equipment
- previous experience in restaurant management with profit and loss responsibility
- basic understanding of financial reports and labor management
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
- quick service experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to coach and develop team members
- experience in managing financial and operational aspects of a restaurant
- knowledge of inventory management and labor control
Job Duties
- Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
- monitor inventory and manage labor effectively
- review financial reports and take necessary actions
- recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
- coach and train employees in operational excellence
- conduct inventory counts biweekly
- maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality products
