The Company is now seeking a dedicated and driven Restaurant General Manager to join its expanding team. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • ability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment
  • prior experience as a restaurant general manager with P&L responsibility

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
  • experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to train and develop employees
  • proficiency in financial and inventory management
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service

Job Duties

  • Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
  • monitor inventory levels and conduct bi-weekly inventory counts
  • manage labor scheduling to optimize operational efficiency
  • recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
  • coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
  • review financial reports and take action to improve performance
